Most likely NOT.
I usually look to see if they are breathing. They are usually against a wall or in a corner "sleeping" something off and usually male. Do I ask addicts and drunks if they are alright? No. I know the answer to that question. Never encountered an elderly beat up woman in the middle of the sidewalk. So the short answer to your question is "I would have stopped and checked on her."

I hope most people would. It's like when you a walking down the street in a hurry and someone falls. I am the type of person to check if that person is ok.

Damn the pandemic didn't kill you business. Shucks. Thankfully there is always Hope.
Carefully being so nasty to strangers. You never now how that will hurt your business. Online reviews can destroy a business.

I'm not concerned about it, and I am still waiting for you to enlighten me about these other screen names that I allegedly use.
