I guess, but I didn't get the rendering in the photo. Looks like a solo location.

This isn't unusual. Most people in the hood have iPhones.

If it were so usual, this wouldn't be the first Apple store in the poorest borough.

Bay plaza is like a suburban mall, with not such a suburban crowd.

For sure, it will be in Parkchester.

Actually, the official job postings on Indeed say the jobs will be in Mott Haven. Zip code 10454.

Makes much more sense than Bay Plaza.

Lot's of mega residential and retail projects already in the works or planned in the Mott Haven zone in case nobody has been noticing. It's feeling and looking like Williamsburg in the late 90's and early 2000's. I know. I was there and watched it unfold. Sort of simmered for 5 or 10 years and then suddenly exploded.

During the pandemic while everyone has been headlining about a mass exodus and the death of NYC, the big guys have been gobbling up properties, moving ahead with projects and planning more projects all over the city. Mott Haven just happens to be one of the most intense development zones right now.

Nice! Long overdue.

Big brand retailers have shunned the Bronx far too long.

With roughly 1.4 million people, The Bronx should already have mostly every single big retail brand.

As a stand-alone "city," the Bronx would rank as the 9th largest city in the US.
