I mean, being Asian doesn't confer a supreme intelligence all of sudden and all of that, but I'm happy to see how he will do. Nothing is absolute though.

The food carts are filthy and steal customers from real restaurants and cafes. The carts give NYC a 3rd world feel.

There wouldn't be business for unlicensed vendors if people did not patronize them

I would never buy a churro from some random person in a train station, but apparently there are some people that do.

It's one of the scummiest tactics people use to conflate legal and illegal. Legal and illegal immigrants. Legal and illegal street vendors, etc.

they need to sell a certain amount to break even so um yeah if cost is $70K $100K $300K w.e. you need to sell more than that to profit obv

Other licenses exist for other vendors etc and the ones in Manhattan (what most people believe is still NYC) costs a Ferrari every year or well an Aston Martin. So again yeah that hotdog vendor guy is making more money than the typical 1-3year Investment banker on Wall St.

But to graduate from Brown University (Ivy League) and getting a JD at Columbia requires you to be very smart, yes.
