Pepsi-Frito lays stocks have surged during Covid and people are getting fatter and sicker. Alcohol stores have remained open but gyms have closed. How dumb of these politicians to decide this.

Not me. I had two surgeries and couldn't work out or even walk for quite some time. That's when you make sure you are eating a completely healthy and clean diet.
There is no excuse to not take care of yourself. People freaking out over a virus for the last year and still don't exercise or eat healthy Clearly even a pandemic can't teach people to take care of their health.
I can understand your hesitation and thank you for following all common sense precautions. Not everyone who is waiting (or refusing) to get the vaccine is doing that.

No one had dealt with the fact that the basic premise of this thread is incorrect. Covid cases in NYC are significantly down from their peak, and have been on a continuous downtrend over the last several weeks.
