You really think this will make the rich start to do their own vaccuuming? Bwahahaha I needed that. They'll cut back in other areas but not on the help.
What is a vacuum ? Isn’t that something they measure the speed of light in ?
There is more to cleaning a house than vacuuming. Who is going to dust? Mop? Wax? Clean the toilets? Wipe the counters? Do the laundry? Clean the dishes? Clean the windows?
Is your nifty Roomba going to do all of that?

The problem we saw after 9/11 when they were looking at making Wall Street west in the poconos is most areas can not accommodate the size businesses we have here .
The local infrastructure had no buildings available , the electric and sewer system couldn’t handle the needs of big business …even things like support business were lacking and first had to be built .
There was no way thousands can go out to lunch and be accommodated in these areas .
Lack of good public transportation is another factor as well as housing that is affordable.
Affordable housing for workers is usually in apartment house living not renting single family homes ….so it can be tough to just take a large business and go
