What is a vacuum ? Isn’t that something they measure the speed of light in ?

Will Florida have enough office space for all the financial firms that will be relocating there?

The problem we saw after 9/11 when they were looking at making Wall Street west in the poconos is most areas can not accommodate the size businesses we have here .

The local infrastructure had no buildings available , the electric and sewer system couldn’t handle the needs of big business …even things like support business were lacking and first had to be built .

There was no way thousands can go out to lunch and be accommodated in these areas .

Lack of good public transportation is another factor as well as housing that is affordable.

Affordable housing for workers is usually in apartment house living not renting single family homes ….so it can be tough to just take a large business and go
