I am moving to the Bronx this fall (Riverdale area) and I would like to transfer my mental health care to someone local. Ideally, I would like to work with someone in a group psychiatrist/psychologist partners so that I can get both counseling and medication management at the same place.
Hoping someone has had a positive experience with a doctor/counselor that they might recommend. I struggle with anxiety and depression, as well as disordered eating. The Counselor must be LGBTq+friendly. Private pay okay. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum, but I doubt you'll get a specific recommendation here. If you're currently seeing a therapist, ask him/her. Or check with any associations that make referrals.

And keep in mind that everyone is anxious and depressed right now, so don't take that as an indicator that anything is wrong with you.

I don't know of a place in the Bronx, but there's a place called Second Wind on Broadway near Madison Square Park. They accept just about any insurance and they offer counseling and psychiatrists. It's a nice place with competent staff.
