Isn't McGuire literally a Citigroup executive and his best guess is 80-90k in NYC!? Where in this country can you find a house for that much much less in NYC?

So Garcia and Yang seem to understand New Yorkers..........................
Now all they need to do is come with the promise to create jobs, jobs and more jobs.

Exactly. And even if Donovan thought he was talking about assessed value (which I don't buy), his answer would have still been a fool's answer.

I'm not from NY and even my guess would have been better. Due to me being new, I would have guessed 500,000. Far off but it is beyond me how anyone could have put anything lower than 250,000. Makes you wonder the corruption...like htf did these people stay in their positions and yet know so little. Lol.

90,000? You can barely something in backwater Georgia for that.

McGuire and Donovan need to get off the stage.

Listen. Anyone that has watched his interviews, seen his TV commercials and listened to his banter understands this dude has been nothing but a affirmative action product throughout his career. The type of guy that most of me and my colleagues when I was also a corporate hack hanging around the office would say "oh yea, that guy." Then eye roll.

I think this should be a disqualifying event for both of these guys. They just can't be mayor if they are that out of touch with NY. It also reveals that they are out of touch with money/life in general because they probably don't know the cost of a loaf of bread or a gallon of gas or a subway ride either. Where do these guys live anyway ? 5th Ave? Park Avenue ?
My 7th grade kids , who live in The Bronx, have more of a clue of housing prices everywhere in NYC than these two clowns.

Shame on Adams , the BROOKLYN borough president , for being so off the mark.
