Who said I am not on a lower carb diet ? I certainly have been for years for the most part …two days a week out of 5 I will have more carbs then the Other 5 where I give myself more leeway but my a1cs have been fine .

No , his panelists alway influence his opinions ..he is just a host for the most part so it has nothing to do with his level of expertise.. I wouldn’t care if he was a plumber …if his opinions are based on some of the most knowledgeable on the subject then who cares.
