Both vaccinations use messenger RNA technology to prompt an immune reaction.

"the risk of heart inflammation as a potential side effect."
It's also possible that that is due to many people administering the vaccine not aspirating the syringe.
Aspiration is when you first test the injection by drawing back the plunger first to make sure there is no blood
before you then push it forward to inject the vaccine.
Of course some injections are supposed to go directly into the blood stream but the vaccines are supposed to only go into muscle.
Typically it is so rare that an intramuscular injection accidentally hits a vein in that upper part of the arm below the shoulder that the CDC and some other medical authorities says it is unnecessary to
do an aspiration.
However when you vaccinate millions of people side effects do become more apparent.
So this heart inflammation called Myocarditis might be due to the vaccine getting into the bloodstream due to the injection site not being checked first like this.
However that also may have nothing to do with it and it could be innate to the makeup of the vaccine itself
So far these countries are not saying this about the Pfizer
although may come out later ( or not)
and you have to weigh the benefits vs. the risks
but at this point I do not support the idea of mandating any COVID vaccines to kids
to attend school in NY
