I never had chopped cheese. Not sure if I want to either but some people swear by them.
Anyway, the best of luck to him. People need to make money.

If he had to choose what to have for lunch, Jeremy Batista says there’s only one option.

The Bronx Bodega food truck is designed to resemble a typical New York City corner store

The Bodega Truck's specialty is the Chopped Cheese sandwich, which was first discovered in Harlem

Bodega Truck owner Jeremy Batista bought the vehicle right before the pandemic and waited a year to start business

Response: Opinion

As a young and healthy man I would have
easily chowed down two or three at a sitting.
Yummy....

More power to this entrepreneur... but me personally?
An old Fart ?

Why bother taking guns off the street to reduce death
when these high sodium, grease soaked concoctions
will do the trick....

This would make a lot more sense to open OUTSIDE of NY/NJ where there aren't bodegas on every corner

Lincoln Avenue and 134th Street, soon to be populated by white liberals/progressives/defund the police/ACAB/BLM who fled their dad's house and in search of thrill and diversity in the big city... They loooooooove food trucks and they will love these old vintage cliches concentrated in the form of a food truck that will have articles in Time Out.

I don't miss the authentic bodega experience - grew up in NYCHA housing after all. Bodega experience consisting of expired labeled foods, rude/indifferent staff, crazy homeless guys holding the door open shaking a cup of change, the santeria brujas in the back selling magic spells, or (if a Yemeni deli) the guy trying to sell me "bacon" or "sausage" which is not really pork but is turkey instead.
