They love indulging on the latest gadgets, spending more money than they have on cars and living large in expensive apts in nyc. It doesn't matter some people got their stuff for free via socialism or they profited using capitalism. This is all against Marxism of being anti-capitalistic and anti-dependent on socialism.

The US isn't an empire unless you regard each state as the territories. We have influence, not control of the rest of the world. And yes I think the end of that cohesion is at hand. I think the country will split along woke and unwoke lines. I just hope it's not a bloody affair.
At the end of the day, the unwoke are armed to the teeth and the woke consider 'mean words' to be violence. I don't think it would end very well at all for them if they started picking off conservatives or classical liberals
