Rendering of the Proposal what u guys think ?

After what happened in Surfside, anything built that near water, especially that large, will need maximum scrutiny as far as I'm concerned.

Also, it's another ugly blight on the skyline of the surrounding low level neighborhood. The buildings are whatever but the glaring difference in size makes my eyes hurt.

I don't know why they have to keep making these fake beaches. People don't realize how lucky we are to have all the beaches in NYC, NJ, LI. Places in the south or Midwest don't even have any beaches.

They are beaches in Midwest Chicago got small little beaches along the shoreline and Downtown.

Clinch Park Beach, Oak Street Beach, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore

Yes some cities have beaches but not every city. Its far more common to be not near a beach. Anyway point being we have real beaches why do we need more.
