There are risks with everything. It's called life. If you don't want to get it, fine, but stop with the scare tactics. I got vaccinated, and yes, I had concerns and that is why I waited and researched as best as I could before deciding to get it (J & J shot). I have to put my faith in the man upstairs and hope that everything works out, but if you don't believe in medicine and science that much, then I guess you never go to the doctor when you have any medical needs because nothing that was been done medically is credible.

I mean I'm Republican, but I think common sense is needed here. I don't know what's worse. The obnoxious progressive Democrats that are afraid to leave their house and wear a mask (double mask) even when they're in their cars alone, or the moronic Republicans that claim that COVID is a hoax and that the government just wants to experiment on people. It's a virus and we've had others before. Use common sense precautions and all should be ok.

The Democrats that are vaccinated are just making this into a political issue as well. They claim they believe in science, got vaccinated, yet can't let go of the damn masks. Enough already.

People also get GBS for reasons that have nothing to do with the COVID vaccine. You do know that a large majority of people diagnosed with GBS had some type of infection, usually viral, days or weeks before onset, right?

Well first, I’m not a Republican (nor a Democrat) and second, I know of people who have pins and needles sensations after having gotten the shot. These are legitimate causes of concerns. Im not trying to scare anyone, but just stating facts, which people should be allowed to read about before making this decision. I don’t believe in censorship when it comes to healthcare because it may scare some people. Hasn’t the media done enough scaring people with covid itself? Constantly presenting the stat of 680k who have died out a country of 380 million can be considered by some to be fear mongering.

By the way, wasn’t Trump the Republican pro vaccine? Didn’t he parade around about “operation warp speed” with regards to the vaccine distribution? Didn’t he get it himself and had both his wife and kid take it? I don’t know where this “Republicans are anti vaccine” BS came from. Probably from the same fear mongering media.

Really? Because that was my symptom. The pins and needles sensation in my abdominal area. Along with chills, mild fever and general malaise. I had to take two tylenol pills and midol to try to relive it and it did squat. By the next day it subsided but didn't fully go away until three days later. Don't know what that was all about but those were some weird symptoms. I never had any symptoms much less the pins and needles sensation from taking the flu shot.

Trump bragged about the vaccine when in office but since Biden is now in office he and Republicans have decided it's something Democrats do and anything Democrats do they must do the opposite

Funny how Republicans think the same of Democrats. For instance, the reason why we didn’t save people’s lives with Hydroxychloroquine is because Trump said it would work. Love him or hate his guts, he was was actually right: Covid kills when an individuals innate immune system doesn’t produce enough regulatory T cells to shut off the attack on covid and so it continues to attack the body, eventually forming blood clots.
Some had the clots in their coronary arteries, some in the brain and many in the lungs.

Hydroxychloroquine stops this type of clotting. It’s been tested with great success here in NYC. But no said the Dems. He’s crazy. A nutcase. So less mass vaccinate everyone instead at 107 dollars a patient. (Log into your medical records if your healthcare practitioners make them available online and see how the vaccine is 107 bucks for the two shots - charged to the taxpayer, of course). The bastid CFOs and other C-level executives at Pfizer must be having steaks and halibuts day in and day out with a nice expensive glass of wine.

I am so happy it went away for you. Must be terrible living with those symptoms. I know someone who has it on their lower legs and hands. It’s been almost a week after the shot
Hopefully it’s temporary.

The bolded is highly contradictory
