This is why city never should have went down this road, they're never going to get those homeless out of nice hotels and back into shelter system. Worse homeless have gotten lawyered up (ACLU and other usual suspects), coupled with liberal local courts (NYS and federal), means they likely will prevail.

BDB will keep them away from him.

This is hilarious. Only an idiot did not see this coming. It will drag out well past 2021, no doubt.

come on, this is just a week's delay:

________________

A spokesman for the city’s Department of Homeless Services said officials would make “minor adjustments to our process” and resume the moves next week.

Is there not one, single, solitary person among these homeless who has proposed -anything- to the effect of:

If I sign a document that says I will render janitorial, mechanical or, administrative functions to aid the hotel that I might, in exchange, retain residence of this room.

Did even -1- man at least say, "Hey bruh, I'll clean the bathrooms if ya let me keep the room."?

One.

If not -1- said anything like this, then they are just a bunch of junkie loser bums that oughta be shunted to the Bronx.
