You guys may think I'm crazy, but Knickerbocker and Graham Avenues get my vote. Both of those avenues just look soooo old....you cant tell if its 2021 or 1921 minus the cars...at this point all I want to see is contemporary styles built
Knickerbocker Ave just has a low income look to it, there's nothing wrong with the architecture itself
Park Avenue between East 149th Street & East 161st Street and between Claremont Pkwy & East 183rd Street in the Bronx. Those strips of Park Avenue really need to be looked at.
I can’t believe nobody said Northern Blvd. it’s like the ugly step-child of Queens Blvd.
Northern Boulevard isn't too bad, I like the Flushing and Douglaston sections. Only in LIC is it pretty bland. I like it alot more then Hillside Avenue.
Where I currently live in PA one of the main roadways is also called Northern Blvd. Like the Queens one its a 4 lane commercial throughfare that also has a state route, in this case PA 11 ( The one in Queens is NY 25B ).
Roosevelt ave under the 7. Decaying asbestos laden rust flakes drift down like snow. Pigeons wait in ambush to dive bomb pedestrians heads with white phosphorus poop bombs like German stuka bombers of ww2. Drivers disrespect traffic rules. The smoke from street meat stalls of questionnable hygiene lingers in the air with non stop traffic honking.
Excluding streets with els, I would have to go with Knickerbocker and Flushing Avenues.
