About two decades of companies going "lean" have meant scores if not thousands of entry, middle and even lower upper level jobs have vanished. Many of those positions were held by whites, who know found or find themselves in same boat as many minorities. Either they don't have skills for anything in new economy, or simply cannot compete against better qualified applicants of any race.

I know of several couples who quit low wage jobs due to COVID risk and were getting by doing masked porn to pay the bills but guess what - Now You gotta show your face to verify the channel and you are legal age. The Woman dyed her hair pink so Patel in Mumbai said nope that's a different lady we cannot verify this account.
And I believe this was Porn Hub the biggest site on earth. Now she had to ask mommy and daddy for $10k to get them by until the end of the year. All the food banks near them have car lines 1-2 miles deep starting at 4am.

Many whites just don't want to admit to themselves they're busted.
Know an older white couple from area that "dumpster dive" at trash thrown out by neighborhood supermarkets, shops, bakeries, etc.... They claim to do it because it "saves so much money".... and that they are "comfortable" with money in bank and investments. Yeah right.....
You've got money in bank and are working but are competing with rodents and homeless for food from trash? I don't buy it, not for a moment.
Quite honestly if it wasn't for rent regulation an eff ton of whites wouldn't be living in Manhattan period. For various reasons they landed apartments back when God made dirt and spit, but never moved. So they've got comparatively cheap rent, but OTOH cannot afford to lose that apartment because will never find anything else so cheap. Not in Manhattan anyway....

Coloreds long have known they got or get the short end of stick. However many have taken or are taking steps to deal or otherwise cope. For some whites being unemployed and or not employable is something totally new. So they drink, take drugs or whatever else to cope.
I would imagine, work/business involving e bikes, assembly and repair can be an interesting business...
Also, a small shop selling self defense items ,of the legal kind will do good. Pepper spray,legal knives, other,...
Or even a gifting service,for those that know what I mean...
Or small group workout sessions with 1 trainer? Get a group ,at a fixed time , to do some routines in the park at least that's what some guys do in my hood...
Uber eats and doordash just took some business from the undocumented , non english speaking, cash tip delivery guys, only to supplement a different set of immigrants. I prefer that exclusive ,per business delivery than the random stranger showing up at my door.
