New York City’s vaccine mandate for restaurants, gyms and entertainment venues began on Aug. 17

Details about the implementation and enforcement of the city’s new vaccination requirement at restaurants, gyms, and theaters are still being worked out. However, one thing is certain: it will not be enforced by the NYPD.


The mayor and the schools chancellor outlined several protocols that will be implemented by the start of school, including mask requirements for everyone no matter their vaccination status, three-feet social distancing where possible and health screenings.

All NYC public school teachers and staff (about 148,000 school employees — and contractors who work in schools) will be required to get vaccinated and have to get at least a first dose by Sept. 27. There will be no testing option.

Chuck Schumer the Senate’s top Democrat says federal law enforcement officials need to crack down on fake COVID-19 vaccination cards being sold online.

The number of people testing positive for COVID-19 in New York is rising at a faster and steadier pace now than it did last fall, before anyone was vaccinated.

Florida has the reverse situation we do. Many people are indoors for the AC.
So as we approach the fall and winter we will be indoors and with schools open cases and hospitalizations will probably increase substantially.
Strict enforcement of vaccine mandates on restaurants and entertainment venues will not be possible
Vaccine cards are they are today are highly forgeable even for the average person.

A lot of these rallies and anti-mask protests have proven to have paid actors who are being funded by right-wing groups. Actual actors with IMDB pages.

Actually there is the Excelsior pass which some venues only accept. After you download the app, you enter your info and it searched the state database on vaccinations and if your info is found you get a barcode that can be scanned. It actually works on a blockchain if you are into all that. Madison Square started using it. You show the bar code that gets scanned and your ID.
