I'm actually waiting to be transferred for a two bedroom for me and my daughter. The transfer was approved in January 2014 and they still haven't contacted me for the apt. Does anyone know how long is the wait for a transfer? It's in the same Unit by the way...

A 2-room in nycha is a studio, that means no bedroom.
A 3-room is a 1 bedroom apartment.
A 4-room is a 2 bedroom apartment
and so on......
It seems that they count the kitchen and the livingroom as 2 rooms, and 0 bedrooms
