This hasn't been first RA store to close recently, and from what one hears won't be last in future either.

I was in midtown all week.
Midtown is dead. It’s so dead it doesn’t even realize itself it’s dead and is waiting to collapse.

History will show that the shutdowns were criminal and some of the most devastating decisions in NY/ USA history.

Great
Thank the mayor for rampant crime.
A store closes. Every good person suffers.
Thugs now looking for another store .
Hope it's not in my neighborhood.

Why not? If the store is in Manhattan, in the Alvin Bragg world shoplifting has effectively been decriminalized. Due to Bail Reform not much distance in the other boroughs. Even my tough S.I. District Attorney has his hands tied due to Bail Reform.

The country is collapsing. You could argue that the west in general is, too. We just happen to have front row seats along with a few other deep blue s-holes.

They people doing this to us don't believe we are the best country in the world. The only solace is that the "revolutionaries" are typically the first to be slaughtered when a tyrannical regime takes over.

London realized what a mistake the quarantines were in terms of killing businesses. Now they went ahead and released all measures last week (except mask wearing).

Killed the city and the current prevailing thought among city-residents will bury it.
