Disagree. I can sear just fine with my home oven or backyard grill.
The trick to a good steak is the proper meat the proper tenderizing and then seasoning and then slow cooking followed by a reverse sear.
Slow cooking is key to keeping the meat tender. The searing of the surface is for enhanced flavor and can be done with almost any oven capable of broiling.
You can disagree , but without me trying yours I have to disagree with your disagreement
If you can't afford to tip or just don't like to tip, then just stay home and cook your own meal(s). That solves everyone who is complaining's problem.
Right....and they get paid a decent wage by their employers which doesn't happen here.
Not debating that. Was just disputing the argument Europe doesn’t tip.
