The perp did not even ask for money or sex. It was just a premeditated but random attack.

that's freaking gross.

The perp didn't look at all mentally ill.
Maybe not even homeless.

Is there some dark twitter site where these freaks coordinate attacks like the Taliban or something?

What did she do noticing the man approaching her and opening the bag? Was there not enough time for her to get up and run away?

Yeah, it's her fault for not knowing the bag was full of **** and he was going to smear it on her. Happens every day. She should have been ready for it.

NYC is a messy melting pot. Too many people of different cultures, races, religions, traditions, educational background, nationality, etc. It sometimes doesn't work.

At this point, it's best to avoid the subway if at all possible (and use a ride sharing app).

I really feel bad for the women and children who reside in the inner city, during this time period. They are often subjected to the worst type of attacks, on a regular basis.

You can't really tell if a person is mentally ill or homeless, just by looking at them. Sad to say, but there are many homeless who are very angry and resentful at the world, for their homelessness.

My heart really goes out to the victim. I can't even imagine the level of trauma that she is experiencing at this time.
