I really feel bad for the women and children who reside in the inner city, during this time period. They are often subjected to the worst type of attacks, on a regular basis.

You can't really tell if a person is mentally ill or homeless, just by looking at them. Sad to say, but there are many homeless who are very angry and resentful at the world, for their homelessness.
My heart really goes out to the victim. I can't even imagine the level of trauma that she is experiencing at this time.
