My old area of Ridgewood/Glendale got significantly worse under DeBlasio. At one point in the mid/late 2000s I considered putting down roots in that area. Once nice areas with good schools and a easy commute to Manhattan.

I'm glad I got out when I did. It's depressing how much worse it got there.
