They should have busted these dirt bike gangs long ago and you know they are traceable. Everything in Manhattan and the bridges are watched extensively.

I'd these were mostly whites and Asians, the city would've cracked down a long time ago. Some may think I'm hyperbolic but I'm being literal. Since most are black and Latino, it's hands off per NYCs politicians.
