I have never had a problem paying my water bill.
I had an idea what day the bill would come in the mail.
Pay it when I got it.
With the assistance of the internet I was able to printout a copy
if I received it late in the mail and still get payment in on time.
This option no longer appears to exist.
The option to print out your bill is gone!
It's either getting the paper bill in the mail
or having your arm twisted and sign up for paperless billing
where then and only then you can printout your water bill.
Why can I no longer have access to both?
If you miss the bill in the mail you get hit with a late charge.
Now if you miss your text message on a water bill..................same thing.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance...................

I’m bumping this old thread because I paid my water bill by mail a week ago and the payment hasn’t been posted to my account yet. Has anyone had a similar experience with delays in posting water bill payments? The bill isn’t due for another 2+ weeks but it shouldn’t take more than a week for mail to go from Queens to Newark (payment address).

Update: payment was posted 11 days after mailing it at the post office. It usually takes only 3 business days to post.
