Never touched the stuff, but am sad to see yet another bit of old Yorkville bite the dust.

Walking down 86th one night last week and wondered why such a valuable UES block was still sitting largely undeveloped. Nearly block long of low rise buildings, that's quite a lot of unused FAR sitting on table.

Should have known Extell had it in the bag. This is the third or fourth (I've lost count) big thing Gary Barnett is doing on UES. There's that huge lot on at 86th and First. Another big project down by St. Monica's at 79th and First.

Because every block must be demolished and high rises must be built to pack people like sardines!! MORE people, MORE MORE MORE!!

Eh, they can always move to another location. There’s plenty of vacant retail stores for rent.

Walked down 86th other night. Everything past T-Mobile store going east to Third, then looping around Papaya King to Pizza Pizza is either vacant or soon will be. That's a lot of square footage.

Looks like owners in Gotham condos (East 87th) who have rear facing windows will be losing some of their views eventually.
