The govt is failing society. In CT, the big focus to increase tax receipts..... legalize pot, open more casinos, and the previous governor Malloy succeeded in increasing hours of liquor stores also allowed Sunday sales of alcohol. Also known as vice taxes. Great job....not

More reasons they will start prosecuting and arresting illegal weed once corporate America takes over weed production and distribution. We'll see the police force being directed to take down street dealers, that maybe a positive outcome.

Sounds like a step forward in terms of personal freedom. I don't need the government telling me how to behave myself and control impulses.

We'll see more Erik Garner situations. His crime basically came down to not collecting taxes on his loosies.
