I don't want to pile on the negativity towards Adams but he is not the first or the last mayor to be giving out jobs to friends and family.

These are empty words. Can you point to specific examples within the Giuliani or Bloomberg administrations?

De Blasio was known for this but simply stating "not the first, nor the last" doesn't mean anything.
