i'm probably one in a million people who've posted the same question over again, but my head is so melted at the moment with internet info, was just hoping that someone could give me some help, if they had it!
Anyways, im a 22yr old female from Northern Ireland, been workin since i left school in travel (around 6 yrs now), got a few qualifications, but nothing you would call rocket science!..lol....Is there any hope of me qualifiying for working/living in the states for a year??..... if anyone could point me in the right direction of a decent website, that would really be a big help for me, im starting to loose my mind with all this visa stuff etc.....

It's unlikely - unless you consider this more of a long-term project. See here for an overview of the various ways to live and work in the US:
If it must be done the legit way, just wait. The Taoiseach was over here trying to work out a special Visa arrangement with the USA, much like Australia has today. If that were to happen Ireland would get about 20,000 visas a year.
Also remember to sign up for the Diversity Visa lottery. Its held every year, however it is a lottery, so there's a very small chance you'll win it.
That being said, a lot of people just come over here on a traveler's visa and end up staying a while.
I've signed up to the lottery, but like you say, im not counting on it...
Yea ive thought about coming over on a travelers visa, but id just be afraid of never being allowed back into the country when i left!!!
Do u know if it is worthwhile paying one of these companies to sort you out with employment and work visas etc? like H1B base website??....def need someones help,.. northern ireland is driving me crazy!!!..lol.

Be very wary indeed of companies who claim to be visa agencies - this one in particular looks very dodgy. If you don't qualify for a visa then that's that - no agency is going to be able to do anything to improve your chances.
