nah. In my experience, NYC have a lot of high earners with little to no net worth.
That would be correct, but the landlords only concern is getting someone who can pay the exorbitant rent price for at least 2 years. All the properties are owned by hedge funds now just looking for quick returns to pump and dump on the next real estate speculating chump investor group
