I frankly started to be less sympathetic to those who *"need" to be in the body of a person of the other sex when the assigned gender thing crossed over into sports competition. This has gone too far and it seems to be pointing in the direction of trans-humanism, the idea that makes humans become "superhuman" by adding implements, chips, whatever, to make us "better".
Prof Jordan Peterson refused to be told he couldn't employ certain pronouns according to govt edict was the straw that broke it.
In Canada, it has become a real farce. My wife works as a VIARail onboard agent, (like AMTRAK), and she is not allowed to address the public with he/she pronouns. She says she does it anyway, but it is risky if she falls onto an "iffy" person of indeterminate sex. The injustice is that even if you respect a person and their life choices, the way they are addressed are misconstrued as being a hate crime against said person.
I have gay/lesbian/str8 friends but I stay miles away from any transX psychos because I have no sympathy/respect/understanding of them. They are a waste of societal resources.
Unless by some miscarriage of justice this person is found either not guilty or gets a sweet plea deal "X" is going upstate for a very long time. Progressives will say it's cruel and dangerous to send this person to a male lock-up so will push for something like Bedford which is all female.
