Where do I sign up for a nice high floor apartment in either the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, or the Woolworth Building?

I assume the top 3 floors of Trump Tower will soon be vacant but they are reputed to be haunted by the ghosts of angry women, so a big NO to them.

We need more affordable housing. Just don't add a million hoops to jump through to qualify. Make sure it's actually something that enough people qualify for to fill the building.
