Queens

Beach - Far Rockaway Beach
Jackson Heights - Corona: food tour for Indian and South American cuisine, Louis Armstrong House Museum
Elmhurst/Flushing: food tour for East and Southeast Asian cuisine, Queens Botanical Garden
Long Island City - Moma PS1 art museum
Willets Point - Mets games
Hiking - Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge

Brooklyn

Williamsburg - See hipsters and Orthodox Jews
Coney Island - amusement park and boardwalk
Brighton and Manhattan beaches - Russian food and drinking tour
(avoid eastern and southeastern parts - anything east of Broadway Junction. The following neighborhoods should not be traversed by tourists - Ocean Hill, Brownsville, New Lots, Canarsie, Cypress Hills, Flatlands, Starrett City, Flatbush, East Flatbush)

The Bronx

The Zoo
Yankees game
Get robbed and/or buy drugs
(posters here tend to get defensive about this borough while posting from the safety of their Pelham Bay and Riverdale houses).
