Arturo Cuevas, 30 has effing anger issues. This is not his first time at the rodeo.
Eejit should have been locked away after previous incidents. But he wasn't and what many likely predicted would happen, finally did.
"According to an NYPD spokesperson who spoke with the New York Post, Cuevas was previously charged with assault and harassment for an attack on a 27-year-old man in April 2022.
Cuevas allegedly pulled that victim out of his car and punched him repeatedly in the face with brass knuckles.
Less than a week later, he allegedly punched a 41-year-old man and a 46-year-old woman in the face on April 11 for unknown reasons.
He was arrested and charged again with assault and harassment."
DA Katz finally grew a pair and requested both of these shining examples of good citizens be held without bail. That request was granted.
“This shocking display of brutality will be met with justice,” Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz said. “We have charged attempted murder and given the viciousness of the attack, asked the court to keep the defendants in custody prior to trial. The request for remand was granted. Our thoughts are with the victims.”

People like this CANT be rehabilitated. Only possible good outcome is them becoming victims themselves, and being too injured to continue that life. Or dying. Of which chances are both higher then normal people. Live by the sword, die by the sword. That footage was sickening. Yet people like this are roaming free among society. The prison system has just become a pit stop on a long road of escalating violence for them. How many arrested for murder have multiple violent priors on thier record? We hear it all the time now.
There is no help for them. That help needs to be given to the people being victimized.
How the eff does someone get away with pulling someone out of a ride, beating them down with brass knuckles and is home before their dinner is cold? This after he already did pretty much same not long before?
Arturo Cuevas is lucky he sprung upon people by surprise and attacked before they could prepare. Most people I know roll old old school; they've just got to pop the trunk or reach under drivers seat. Then it's on.
The poor victim, suffers brain damage , possibly permanent, hospital bills running into hundreds of thousands.
The typical suspects are the true victims. They lost their parking spot. ( Sarcasm )
However, In the eyes of our local DA ,savages wielding bats and delivering beatings are innocent.
We need to go after Donald Trump. Top priority. Our nation is at stake.
Tell me another...............as the Middle Class continues to leave this forsaken city.
