Hello everyone!
I am starting a new job in NY in Sept. I would like to know which is the best, safest, and most affordable rental apartment in QUEENS, NY preferably in KEW GARDENS, SUNNYSIDE and BRIARWOOD?. Which is the best area, closer to the train station, BETTER parking, closer to markets, and MOST affordable TWO-bedroom rentals? THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!!

Have a blessed day everyone

[[[**Work will be in JAMAICA, QUEENS and Williamsburg, BROOKLYN]]]
***I would appreciate it if you share the Rental prices and the name of the best building apartments with washer/dryer, if there is private parking better--no more than $2000-2500/month (2b/2b), W/D, gym (optional/ or closer to a gym), walking to markets, and private parking (1car/ optional). Again, THANK YOU ALL!!!!

Kew gardens all day long. Lirr.
Subway. Bus to the city. Small European feeling area with a great park, hills, curves.

Small movie theatre. And killer bagel spot.

I’ll always have good memories of Kew Gardens.

A lot of these requests don't really match up.

For $2500 I doubt you will find even one 2b/2 bath apartment for rent in Kew Gardens. And that would be without all the amenities you're asking for like washer/dryer, gym and private parking.

For rental pricing, you can get an idea by going to Streeteasy.com

I checked and found one for $2950. No gym, no washer/dryer, no parking.

Some some old school gear. I had to Google some of it.
