I guess I don't understand your reply as such a thing isn't in my post. I like Giuliani/Bloomberg style of policing is all I was saying and wondering if they would still have NYC in great shape like it was back in their leadership days. That is all I was asking. I have been doing to NYC yearly since 1990, so I watched a lot of the transformation and how great it became and now how low it has gotten so far. Obviously some things are out of the control of leader of the NYPD, but I still think it would be much better. JMHO.
