The problem with all these liberal politicians like DeBlaslio, AOC, and even our governor. Is that they throw this idea that NYers are empathetic and will do whatever possible to be nice to migrants and treat them to the best care and hope they can find better opportunity here. They never give any respect to the tax payers who are footing the bill.
They just turn around and tell the taxpayers to cough up more taxes. Has NYC ever improved any services without tax increases? More like lessen and worsen with even higher taxes.

And I know EVERYTHING about it because my ex was a member of the East Village Hells Angels headquarters then, and that block was the SAFEST block in the city we all LOVED those guys. In fact when they moved a couple years ago everyone was sad.

I'm sure many of them would be hard workers - but the majority coming across the border are young men and many of them have criminal records back in their old country or belong to gangs like MS-13. They are not being vetted or desirable in our society.

I’ve driven in a wicked snow to Vernon in a 2 door Lincoln. 2 wheels drive, taconic parkway, lots of hills. Lot of people don’t know how to drive period, let alone in snow. Momentum and all.
