And hypocrisy. I personally think, though, that any retroactive extension or shortening of a statute of limitations is questionable if not unconstitutional.
Once Trump becomes the POTUS again, expect major changes to the system here. He will have the DOJ of the Fed investigate the entire swamp here. I expect not just judges, prosecutors, AG, and all of NY bureaucracies to be under investigation.
The entire 50 states have opted out of suing Trump except for NY and Georgia.
From experience it is a disgrace, but for other reasons. Routine actions go nowhere after an initial flurry of activity. The judges and juries "work" for about five hours a day, if that, and when they are "working" they are often (though not always) running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Meanwhile, they devote endless time and energy to such flashy issues as attempting to bankrupt or imprison Donald Trump.

I admire your optimism, with regard to Trump being reelected. However, you know that the "swamp" is working "double time", to see that he isn't, strictly for the actions that you say he'll take, should a miracle indeed occur.
