Have not been to the place just yet but I see it all the time..it just opened. It looks really awesome on the inside/outside....it is quite large, and hosts art, a bar, lounge, and sushi! Check out the website..not much on there yet, but you can click on the menu and see the sushi and paninis:
You clearly are not a native nor familiar with the area...as there are several non-fast food type establishments...this is yet another...and more are on the way.
There is also a Starbucks planned for a new tower going in at the Hub (by 149st and Morris ave)....but this is in the very early stages of the development!
