Yes..I like how you only show the increases...that's my point! You are completely one sided and your only motivation is to keep people out. After all is said and done..the raw crime number variance between 2008 and 2007 is 11! That's right...11..which is a .78% increase....and SuperWario describes this as "engulfed in crime." Don't believe the hype people..SuperWario is doing his best to keep his community poor so he can keep paying $400 in rent...he could care less about anything else. Very sad indeed...and these are his words..not mine.

Mott Haven has regressed while every other neighborhood has vastly improved. SO that 0.072 INCREASE is killing you.
And tell me why violent crime is so high in that neighborhood? You know that G.L.A is not a vioent crime, but a car crime. G.L.A is down 24% and skews the overall picture. Just taking violent crime into account and Mott Haven has seen a 10+ % increase, which is easily the HIGHEST in the borough and one of the highest in the city.

You gotta admit dude, its a pretty small increase. Stat-wise its pretty insignificant. I would say the same thing if it decreased by that much too. It's pretty much a wash.
Homicides are not a better indicator of crime than robberies and assaults. Many homicides are a result of arguments between people who know each other. Joe may have slept with Bob's wife and Bob finds him at work or in another neighborhood and shoots him. Which neighborhood is dangerous? Same with Joe shooting Bob over a debt.
The neighborhood one is robbed in is much more indicative of where its dangerous and statistically speaking the sample is larger and less likely to be a fluke in some years.

In any case if you look up the different neighborhoods, the ones that are considered worse have higher homicide numbers.
Ahh, ok, so another NOTORIOUS south Bronx neighborhood that is directly adajcent to Mott Haven has seen an increase. So that whole area down there, Mott Haven and is direct neighbor Hunts Point have been terrible this year, and the worst of the Bronx. Nice way of boosting your neighborhood and the sorrounding area. You talk GLOWINGLY of both neighborhoods lol....atleast your coming back to reality.
And nobody is talking about the 47th. Anyways that is one neighborhood. The fact is that 90% of the Bronx has seen decreases, and the two neighborhoods that you choose to gas have been the tiny few that have regressed.
As I stated..you enjoy spreading misinformation and lies..and I called you out. Mott Haven according to you is now "engulfed in crime"..the reality? Essentially UNCHANGED crime rate from 2007, the record low crime rate for the past 45 years! You claim Mott Haven is the ONLY precinct that has shown an increase (a .72% increase, which is essentially unchanged but thats for another time)...the reality? There are two other precincts that are also showing increases, and higher ones at that. As usual...misinformation and lies.
