I wouldn't want to live on Roosevelt either; however, only a tiny bit of Jackson Heights is located on Roosevelt Ave. A large part of the rest of it is a historic area with landmarked buildings with private gardens.

So making the comment you did is kind of like saying,

"After 6 months of....
living next to the power plants in Astoria
or
living in next to the projects in Astoria....
you'd probably wish you'd moved to Jackson Heights.

Their caliber of employees is LOW. Not to mention the new manager is difficult.
