What do you guys think about the changes going on in Harlem? I am not sure whther its good or bad...clearly I live in Harlem...132 and Lenox...On one hand there is more police presence, more diversity and more development...but on the other hand there is suspected displacement and resentment from long-time Harlem Residents...not to mention a sudden slew of more shootings...Do you think the changes to be good or bad?
