This is incomplete second hand info. This route is only congested on a rush hour basis. The Tappan Zee Westchester bound AM is no good. However after 0930 am the bridge is clear for the rest of the day including the PM rush. Except for the 4pm - 7pm rush the Rockland bound side is clear. This guy would find no traffic if he took the Tappan Zee at the times listed.
