Im a huge baseball fan and wanted to see Yankee Stadium before it is no longer (I know, how huge of a fan can I be if I havent seen it already). Anyways, I see that you can get tickets for the tour every day at 9 a.m., but they suggest you be there before then. Does anyone have an idea of how early I need to be there? Are we saying that I dont need to find a hotel room cause I will be sleeping outside Yankee Stadium, or are we talking 5 a.m. and Im good to go?

I greatly appreciate the advice. Im flying a long way just on the chance Ill get a ticket or two!

I took the tour a few times (die-hard). You get to go in the clubhouse only if the Yanks have an away game that day. We paid at Ticketmaster and it was easy to get a ticket but this was two years ago. I don't know what it'll be like now since the stadium's days are numbered.
