Highly doubt that you would be able to get an apartment here w/o a job! They (landlords) want you to have a job and damn near perfect credit to live in a cereal box! And 6K would be gone in less than 6 months! It's EXTREMELY expensive here. Do you have any friends/family that live here so that you can have somewhere to sleep until you get a job? With the market the way that it is I wouldnt risk it! You dont know how long it would take you to get a job.
