well, jersey city and hoboken, newark maybe, then miami, philly, hartford, bridgeport, new haven, boston etc..are the cities that give me a vibe of a borough. any city that has puerto rican day parade fits the bill
Those other cities can have it.
Any self-respecting Philadelphian would do the same thing with that sixth borough nonsense that we do with a Mets homerun, we toss that garbage right back where it came from.
