Oh, there will definitely still be an amusement district. It just won't be a disheveled hodgepodge like it is now. And it won't have any of the colorful history. Personally, I've always thought that Six Flags should put a huge amusement park in Coney Island. There are an awful lot of people who wouldn't be spending money on gas and tolls to go to Jackson, NJ if they could have the same thing right here in Coney Island (across the street from the biggest subway terminal in the city).
