I can deal with it.. it doesn't really hurt at all... just sometimes it feels weak when i walking around alot.... If I wear a brace to keep the knee in place it doesn't bother at all....
They ask you to list broken bones and any surgeries within the past 3 years. Your knee doesn't fall into any of those categories. Therefore there is nothing wrong with it

With vacations and the changing number of LODIs and guys out sick, they dont have the man power for snow and it will take longer to catch up with garbage after the storms, which will cost the city a lot of money from cancelling charts and overtime to dump those trucks. They know they are gonna be short handed in the snow. My opinion is there is a lot of talk behind the scenes regarding our 4% raise and tier 5 with the new classes being dangled out there. The politics of the job.

Dont worry the will do more with less. Sanitation workers are very good for the city every time they ask us to do more we do more. So dont worry about our numbers for snow next year. We will plow the snow while doing collection. They call us nyc's strongest but the city knows the truth we are nyc's dumbest. By the way not all districts are making charts like yours is. I would assume that your district dont run and dump.

Most dont stay out. We are considered a run and dumping garage. I'd guess about 30-40% of our trucks stay out.

No credits for being in the reserves.
They had to have served on active duty for other than training purposes in time of war.

+5 for vets,(+2.5 on promo exams)+10 for disabled vets,(+5 for promo exams). If they were discharged honorably they are eligible for the credits.

The latest news is that Bloomberg is going to meet with Doherty and his 5 star chiefs to discuss why DSNY should hire in the next couple of months.

The source is from http://dsnystrongest.com/forums/forum.php
Bloomberg is going to have the final say in this matter unfortunately. He is a lame duck mayor...so he really has nothing to lose....

Not true. I believe he either wants to be gov, senator or president. He isnt done with politicals. Especially with his record in nyc. I believe if it wasnt for him we would be a lot worse off.

He is 68 yrs old now and by the time he leaves office he will be 70 going on 71. If he ran for president he would have the same results as Giuliani. Outside of NYC most people don't know or even care who Bloomberg is.

Sure he has enough money and influence to become mayor of NYC 3 different times, but as President of the USA,nah....never has and never will be a Jewish president.
