my son is close on the list, lost his business in ny and his house, now living in florida. he owes back child support, will he be accepted or will they hold that against him.
THEY WON'T HOLD IT AGAINST HIM BUT WHEN HE GET'S ON THE JOB THEY WILL GET THE CHILD SUPPORT BELIEVE ME {LOL} I SAW SOME OF THE GUY'S PAY CHECKS WHEN I WAS ON THE JOB AND THEY WERE PAYING CHILD SUPPORT EVERY WEEK.I HOPE HE HAS A NEW YORK ADDRESS SO WHEN THEY SEND OUT HIS LETTER HE WILL GET IT ,THE CITY WILL NOT LOOK FOR HIM THEY WILL JUST PAST HIM UP AND GO TO THE NEXT GUY ON THE LIST.
retired sanman, my son went up to ny last week and when he tried to register for the cdl training class he was told that he was not eligeable because he had a restricted license. do you know anything about this. he was told that there would be no problem before he left to go up from florida. he wasted a trip and $500.00 in gas and tolls. how is someone supposed to pay back child support after loosing his business in ny , if he can't drive. does that make any sense.
