Default need info

retired sanman, my son went up to ny last week and when he tried to register for the cdl training class he was told that he was not eligeable because he had a restricted license. do you know anything about this. he was told that there would be no problem before he left to go up from florida. he wasted a trip and $500.00 in gas and tolls. how is someone supposed to pay back child support after loosing his business in ny , if he can't drive. does that make any sense.

Not to be funny but what kind of questions would they ask for a sanitation exam? Paper or plastic?
