My Puerto Rican friend is from Bayside, but I don't think that neighborhood is known for its Puerto Ricans. I believe it's mostly Italian/Jewish/Asian.

Jose Reyes and his family used to live there, so... I guess there was at least one Dominican family in Bayside

I feel like Puerto Ricans are all over Queens and Long Island, but not necessarily in areas that are predominately Puerto Rican, ya know what I mean?

Of course. Every NJ or LI town that is predominately Italian, Irish, or Jewish (or whatever other Euro-origin group) has at least some Puerto Ricans living there. They've assimilated to life in the suburbs and don't really live in segregated areas.
