How bad is the reverse commute (northbound) to Westchester on the Deegan in the morning (6 -7am). Is it as bad as 95?

I use the Deegan from 230th street to McLean Ave at about 6:45 AM and there's no traffic. There may be congestion farther south around the X Bronx and below but most of the traffic is Manhattan bound at that time, so staying in the left lane going north may have less congestion

I 95 is the X Bronx/Bruckner/New England Thruway combo, much of the traffic at that hour is going toward the bridges to Queens, not to W'chester

Going back in the rush hour can be bad, however.
